Ironman, endurance swimmer, marathon runner and all-round fitness fanatic Rhianski can’t wait to put you through your paces at Strong and Bendy. When she’s not helping you on your fitness journey she’s boring people about her beloved pet greyhound, Jessica.

Rhianski can’t wait to share her love of high intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, kettlebells, core conditioning, and POP Pilates with you.

Having taught across the globe from Bali, to Tokyo we are lucky to now have Pippa here in Hackney Wick. Pippa creates flows which are challenging yet nourishing, using her background in psychology to help you move from stressed out to calm and blissful.
